At Pillows.com, we want you to sleep soundly on your new bedding. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned bedding, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
